My Parts Guy Price Match Policy

At My Parts Guy, we are dedicated to providing premium products at competitive prices. To offer even greater value to our customers, we proudly stand by our Price Match Guarantee on most in-stock items. If you find a lower price on an identical item from an authorized Canadian online retailer, we will gladly match it under the following conditions:

Price Match Eligibility:

1. Authorized Canadian Resellers Only
   We only match prices from Canadian-based, authorized resellers. Prices from international or unauthorized retailers, including those selling without manufacturer rights, are excluded.

2. Identical Item
   The product must be exactly the same as the one we carry (brand, model, specifications, etc.). We will only match prices on items we have in stock.

3. Shipping Costs Included
   When matching a competitor’s price, we will factor in the shipping cost to ensure the total price comparison is fair.

4. Exclusions
   We do not match prices from auction sites (such as eBay or Amazon), liquidation sales, closeouts, or clearance items.

5. In-Stock Items
   Price matching applies only to products that are in-stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery from both My Parts Guy and the competitor.

6. Verifiable Prices
   The competitor's price must be publicly posted and accessible online. We cannot match prices from offline sources or non-verifiable promotions.

7. No Group/Forum Discounts
   Price matches can only be made based on publicly available prices from authorized competitors. We do not honor group, forum, or club discounts.

8. No Additional Discounts
   Items that are price-matched cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

9. No Price Matching on Past Orders
   Price matching is not available for items purchased before the request is made.

10. Excludes Gift Certificates
    Price matching is not available on gift certificates.

How to Request a Price Match:

1. Online Orders
   Add the desired item(s) to your cart on our website. Send an email to pricematch@mypartsguy.ca and include the competitors direct url link in the email.

2. Verification Process
   Our team will review the competitor's price, verify the details, and apply the price match if it meets our criteria. If applicable, we’ll adjust the price or send you a coupon code to match the price. Heck we may even send you $10 off your next future purchase for pointing out a lower price.
