Cancellation Request

Please note that as of Jan 1, 2023 All cancellations are subject to a minimum 5% transaction fee to cover the credit card processing fees we do not get back from Visa or Mastercard. No exceptions.

All cancellations must be requested by emailing cancellation@mypartsguy.ca

The following info must be in the email for it to be processed, failure to provide all requested info will result in delays in processing your request

 1. Your order #

 2. Your name and address

3. The reason for the cancellation

4. The part # you wish to cancel

5. Your choice of refund which will be amount paid less 5% or store credit for other items which will be full amount paid as a credit. 

 

Orders that are approved for cancellation, for any reason, will be subject to a 5% processing fee.

Items that are In stock or those that have already shipped from the manufacturer supplier and on the way to us cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Special orders are not cancellable.
